Just over 7 years ago we started UserExperior with a mission to help product, support, and development teams deliver a great user experience. We found DevRev to be an ideal partner to continue this mission on an even larger scale.
DevRev’s mission is to help companies be more customer-centric. It connects end users, support, product, and development teams on a common AI-native platform, solving the problem of siloed departments, reducing the need for multiple business apps, and converging teams while assimilating the voice of the customers in real time.
Together, we will launch new capabilities to provide faster resolutions, improved visibility into user behavior, and an in-depth understanding of conversion bottlenecks. I encourage you to explore new solutions on DevRev and see firsthand the opportunities this unified approach brings.
We are incredibly excited to share upcoming innovations centered around understanding customer pain points and improving user experiences with Generative AI. As part of this acquisition, we will rebrand all UserExperior features under DevRev. Your account will be migrated for continuity of service. For any logins or signups, users will be redirected to the DevRev website. And all our communications will transition to DevRev email addresses.
With this acquisition DevRev will have a new office in Mumbai. This will be our third office in India and seventh globally, allowing us to serve customers better.
