Funnel analysis is a method of mapping the flow of users through funnel steps to the desired goal.
For example, consider an e-commerce app whose ultimate objective is to get users to make a purchase, or for a gaming app, it would be completing a level. In each instance, funnel analysis shows you where in the user journey, are users dropping off and where to make improvements.
UserExperior's Funnel analysis helps in identifying dropouts and gives an in-depth analysis of Why users dropped out of the journey. With Session recording and Funnel drop out summary it helps further understand which events, crashes, UI freeze, and messages users experienced before they dropped out. This enables you to get a quick view of the areas that you need to optimize to maximize conversion.
